Advertising on Weadvertise.co.uk is done on a "by agreement" process. Advertisers agree to pay Weadvertise.co.uk a pre-specified amount for each “Entry”, "Banner Advert" or to be listed in "Multiple Categories". Weadvertise.co.uk will put forth commercially reasonable technical efforts to make sure that the Weadvertise website is available to deliver traffic to an advertiser’s website.
Weadvertise.co.uk reserves the right to remove any advertiser or website link at any time and for any reason. Reasons for removal may include, but are not limited to, sites promoting illegal materials, potentially infringing materials including trademark or copyright infringements, or racial or hate motivated sites.
Payment to us unless made by cheque, is made via a Standing Order form. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
Miscellaneous
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter contained herein and supersedes all previous and contemporaneous agreements, proposals and communications, written or oral between WeAdvertise.co.uk representatives and you. WeAdvertise.co.uk may amend or modify this Agreement or impose new conditions at any time upon notice from WeAdvertise.co.uk to the user as published through the Service. Any use of the Service by you after such notice shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by you of such amendments, modifications or new conditions.
